Please send your deposit of 50% of the total cost of your holiday within 7 days of submitting
the booking form to secure your reservation.
We will issue you with a receipt and statement which will show your reservation dates and
the balance owing.
Balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to the date of the start of your holiday.
A final receipt will then be issued to you before your holiday is due to commence together
with a letter of authority to present at the site reception when you will be given your chalet key.
At the end of your holiday please return your key to the site reception.
Should the start of your holiday be within 6 weeks of your booking we will require full
payment to be made within 7 days of the booking.
Cancellation:
In the event of cancellation the following charges will apply:
Up to 6 weeks before the start date of the holiday - Loss of Deposit
Within 6 weeks of the planned start of the holiday - Loss of full cost of holiday
If we are able to succesfully re-let the chalet within the 6 weeks prior to
your holiday commencement date the deposit wil be refunded.
You may wish to considor taking out holiday insurance to cover such eventualities.
